After months of rumours, Rose Tyler returns to Who! Billie accepted the offer from the BBC to star in the end of series 4, in 3 episodes! We are very exited here at TVO, it's amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will keep you updated in the future.
